Compuware

I was headhunted to Compuware as a presale techinician. The sale model of Compuware was that a Sales person was responsable for sale, and a presale technician was responble for the rest. This implies demoes, prequlifications, installations at customer sites, support, troubleshooting, and the technical link to Compuware US.

At start I was responsable for the System management products EcoTOOLS (agent based) EcoSCOPE (network monitoring at application level). Later on came the rest of the C/S products ( File-AID C/S, QARun, QALoad, TestPartner, QADirector, QAHiperStation). Then came the developing tools from NuMega a.k.a. DevPartner products (BoundsChecker, TrueTime, TrueCoverage), and then the database tools DevPartnerDB (performance analyser for Sybase/Oracle), Xpediter/SQL.

In the end I had all products to support (except the Eco products), and that was a lot :-)
